	Peter Griffiths (Group Managing Director) With over 30 years experience in residential property, both new and second hand, Y & D Group was started by Peter 5 Years ago. His desire to create a company foremost in professional values and service is well on track, with an extensive portfolio of satisfied clients.
	Karen Stringer (Sales & Marketing Director) Karen shares Peter’s commitment to our clients, and with a wealth of experience in client care operates to strict standards of performance. Anyone who meets Karen is left feeling assured and confident that their property interests are being well looked after.
	Helen Humberstone (Group Finance Director) With an extensive background in accountancy, since joining the Y & D Group Helen has totally transformed operational procedures in the accounts department, intending to provide our clients with the best service in payment of rental income. Being very computer literate she continues to look at systems and ways to strategically improve them to the benefit of our clients.
	Karen Richardson (Sales Manager) Karen has worked with Karen Stringer for many years and her experience in a Sales and Marketing environment and her total commitment to client care ensures there is always a friendly, professional and helpful voice at the end of the phone for our clients. She is currently upgrading our data systems in the Sales Department to ensure we can maximise our service to the client.
	John Horsfield (Client Account Manager) As John’s title would suggest, looking after our client’s best interests is fundamental. John has enjoyed a successful career to date in a busy sales environment where continuous business contact with the customer has been a priority. John enjoys great popularity with both our customers and team members alike.
	Gill Thackrah (PA to Group Managing Director) Being closely involved with the procedural running of The Company by the Managing Director, Gill’s responsibility oversees all departments within the group and her organisational skills help to ensure the smooth running of Y & D.
	Nichola Green (Group Property Manager) Nichola was one of the first to join Peter at Y & D, having already had an experienced background in property management. Nichola heads a Property Management Department which continues to expand to deal with the demands of a growing list of clients and their properties.
	Clare McIntyre (Senior Property Buyer) Clare worked for many years in estate agency before joining Y & D as Property Buyer. Her knowledge of her area of operation ensures the best standards of properties sourced for our clients and each property must be viewed and receive approval by either the Managing Director or Sales Director before agreed acquisition.
	Dawn Martin (Group Property Lettings Manager) Such is Dawn’s ability that, after joining Y & D as part-time rent collector, she has advanced to her current position. Her ability in identifying suitable tenants and her stoic tenacity in management of the tenants help to ensure that our client’s properties return the best income on their investment.
