We operate predominately within South and West Yorkshire, Lancashire and North Manchester. Usually two and three bedroomed terraced properties with refurbished prices between £35,000 to £60,000 offering rental yields between £70.00 to £90.00 per week on average. With rental income and capital growth potential the anticipated income is around 14% per annum.
