Refurbishment Service

Some of the properties we source are almost immediately ready for occupation. However, other properties require various levels of refurbishment. Whatever the requirements, we are able to offer any refurbishment required to bring the property up to a standard of tenancy that we believe is well in excess of minimum requirements and will attract a suitable tenant in the quickest time. All gas and electricity safety certificates are obtained prior to tenancy.
